Have Fun With Old Wives’ Tales Gender Predictors

You’re anxiously waiting the anatomy scan and curious to see if there is any truth to the old wives’ tales. You may have heard of some gender predictors such as how you carry, whether or not you have heartburn, or whether your wedding ring swings side to side or in a circle when suspended on a string. Some of the following predictors may be completely new to you and could be fun to try!

Put baking soda in a cup and pee in the cup. If the baking soda fizzes, the baby is said to be a boy. If the baby’s heart rate registers above 140 beats per minute, it is thought to be a girl. Dry skin is thought to signal a girl, while maintaining radiant, glowing skin is said to indicate a boy. Finally, if you’re craving salty foods, you are thought to be carrying a boy. Have fun with these tests!
