When you have an active baby, it’s important to match their excitement with a good amount of stimulation. And this busy board might be the best thing you could ever give them. It’s a homemade way to keep them entertained, and it’s not difficult to make at all.

First, you plan out your board, on a white board or paper. It gives you a chance to lay everything out and figure out for sure what you’re using on the board. You need to make sure you pay attention to all the senses. There should be stuff on the board that encourages sight, touch, smell, hearing. Taste is difficult to incorporate into the board, but you address that outside of it. Make sure they’re securely attached to the board. You don’t want something breaking apart on your children.
