Finding out your baby is anything less than perfect is scary. Some children require medical attention from a young age to correct issues before they become a bigger problem down the road. One young couple has made the best of their child’s need for an eyepatch by turning it into a new work of art every day!

Layla has become a big star on Instagram since her parents started posting pictures of her adorable face sporting creative eye patches. Her parents are quite artistic, and the patches feature color drawings of pop culture characters, objects, animals, cartoons, fun phrases, and more!

Layla has to wear an eyepatch for a couple hours every day until she’s four years old to correct her vision. I love how her parents turned the unfortunate situation into a wonderful memory, and I’m sure Layla will enjoy looking back on these photos and appreciate her parents’ dedication!
