  • Thank you Melissa and Lindi for being so open and honest about your therapy journey. I have listen to you both talk about it for at least a year and have longed for the growth therapy has brought you. I tried it once serval years ago and it didn’t go as I had hoped. I made the decision after listening to the podcast this week that I was going to take the leap and try and find a therapist that worked for me! I truly don’t think I would made that call without listening to you both talk about your experiences with therapy. THANK YOU for all that you do. 💗💗
