It is often said that motherhood is a full-contact sport.

From labor and delivery to keeping up with your little love- we’ve always seen motherhood as an athletic endeavor. After all, it challenges us both physically and mentally and makes us push our bodies to limits that seem incomprehensible to most people.

So, to say that we were ecstatic to see Nike’s latest commercial featuring pregnant (and nursing!) mamas is an understatement.

After all, it’s about time the biggest athletic brand in the biz acknowledged the awe-worthy athleticism of a mom!
