5 things I did for myself in 2016, and you should in 2017
One year ago I entered 2016 with some pretty clear goals. The year before that was full of ups and downs, including career and marriage highs and lows. Although I had ended 2015 with each of those not only intact, but thriving, it was sinking in that I wasn’t enjoying life that much at all. So, I decided to make some clear goals to help me embrace happiness and let go of unnecessary stress that was holding me back.
