Law of the Land (for some reason)
Charles Smith and Lindsay Pembleton, a couple from Niagara Falls, are in legal trouble after allowing their children to play on the beach.
While enjoying vacation at their beach house, the couple returned to their home and allowed their sons, aged seven and nine, to play a little bit longer, on the condition they stay away from the water. Soon enough, a lifeguard noticed them with wet shirts (forgetting, somehow, that is was raining), and, having no parents to speak to, called the cops. From there, the two parents were charged for negligence regarding the potential dangers of dog bites, shark sightings, lewd conduct, and people taking pictures of children.”
When I was younger, there was nothing I loved more than exploring the outside world. Climbing tress or playing with my sister or even just reading in the shade. Instead, they’ve been arrested, and that’s stupid.
