The dangers of feeding solid food to babies too early

Recently a study published by the medical journal Pediatrics revealed that at least 40 percent of moms are feeding their babies solid food before they should, which can lead to problems with allergies, and eczema, and could also be linked to a higher risk of obesity and diabetes.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends not feeding solids until babies are 6 months old. The study revealed 1 in 10 moms fed their babies solids before they were 4 weeks old.
