The One Nap Transition
Sleep routines for babies are one of the hardest things to deal with for parents. Just when you’ve settled into a comfortable cycle, the baby matures and needs less sleep and more activity. There are some strategies that can be used to help both parent and child transition, such as pushing back the nap time gradually, or by feeding the baby a snack to ensure that he won’t be awakened by hunger pangs. Nevertheless, the key is to have patience and keep trying.
