Getting toddlers to talk can sometimes be easy, but getting the toddlers to talk in a beneficial and learning way can be a harder task. There are some clever ways to get your toddler to create real dialogue and build language development, like proctoring a “stuffed animal talk time” where your child engages with the stuffed animal. Tasking your child to “repeat after me” or for them to finish sentences in the proper manner is another good tool to promote language skills.
