If you purchase Beech-Nut baby food, take notice! A recall has been issued by the company on 4-ounce glass jars of sweet potato & chicken Stage 2 Beech-Nut Classics after they received word that a piece of glass had been found by a mother in one of the jars, and it resulted in an oral injury.

The company wants everyone to know that safety is their first priority, and are recalling almost 2,000 pounds of baby food to ensure no further injuries.
