Grendalee Rosales was surprised to find herself in labor two weeks early, but when her contractions began in the middle of the night, she got into a car with her husband, aunt, and her three kids in tow.

They didn’t make it very far. Before Grendalee’s husband was able to pull over, her baby Jaden arrived. Soon they were able to pull to the side of the expressway and flag down some assistance.
