In recognition of the 2021 Black Breastfeeding Awareness Week, Melissa has an open, candid conversation with Kenda Sutton-El, Executive Director at Birth in Color RVA. Kenda started this organization to bring increased awareness to issues surrounding maternal mortality rate, maternal health, and reproductive rights for women of color, and the Latched Mama community is proud to partner and support this local organization.
