Taking a nap is, I think we all know, glorious. It’s maybe the best part of the day when you can manage one. But when your child hits four months, it can be difficult to get them on a consistent nap schedule.

But it’s important to remember not to give up. If you’re trying your own ideas out, or going with the prescribed 2-3-4 method, there will be difficulties and roadblocks. But the important thing is to push through, and keep going. Amalah goes into more detail about her own experiences here.
