Sleep is vital to our health, and if you’re not getting enough that’s a problem. When baby constantly wakes you during the night to be fed and you’re stressed from the million things you have to do going through your head, sleep doesn’t come easy.

Brittany’s 13 month old won’t sleep for more than 3 hours at a time and feeds frequently throughout the night. Lauren has been getting less than 5 hours of sleep because her baby feeds mostly at night. When Tearra’s baby turned 3 months old his sleeping pattern changed and he now wakes up every couple hours to nurse.
